How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Offersdays Windows & Siding deserves a fair and honest experience. If something has gone wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Complain About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Offersdays Windows & Siding
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Site information you believe is unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Complaints About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the first step is usually to raise it directly with the provider and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Offersdays Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How to Make a Complaint

Email contact@offersdays.com and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A clear description of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you are unhappy with our response, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
