How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
When you call the number on this site, your call is routed to an independent provider or a partner who works with providers in the Charlotte area. The person on the line is not a Offersdays Windows & Siding employee. They work for, or with, the businesses that do the window and siding work.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a few practical questions:
- Which windows or walls are giving you trouble?
- What did you notice: fog, drafts, soft sills, cracks, warping?
- About how old is the house?
- Was there recent storm damage?
- When would you like the work done?
Then they set up a visit. Have your notes and photos ready.
Questions to Ask a Provider
Treat the visit like a job interview. Ask:
- How long have you worked on homes like mine?
- Insert or full-frame windows, and why?
- How do you flash windows and doors?
- What weather barrier goes under the siding?
- What warranty comes from the maker, and what do you cover on labor?
- What happens if you find rot?
Good answers are specific. Ask for the main points in writing.
Comparing Estimates
Lay the estimates side by side. Check that each covers the same windows or square footage, the same removal plan and a clear way of pricing rot. Look at product lines and warranties, not just totals.
Red Flags
Be careful with large cash deposits, prices that expire today, missing paperwork or no proof of insurance. Door-to-door offers right after a storm deserve extra caution.
You Are in Control
You decide whether to book a visit, which estimate to accept and when the work happens. When you are ready, Request a callback to get started.
